Judy brings 20 years of experience in behavioral health executive sales and marketing leadership, operations, program development, lead generation, and conversion optimization. With a wealth of experience leading providers from startup to large scale behavioral health platforms, she brings the expertise necessary to advise you at any stage in your company’s growth trajectory.
Notable Achievements
Judy began her behavioral health career as an Admissions Director and quickly advanced to positions leading the corporate call center and centralized admissions teams, Salesforce development and deployment, and Search Engine Marketing for 180 treatment centers owned and operated by CRC Health Group.
After 6 years of honing her sales, digital marketing, and CRM reporting skills, she transitioned to Vice President of Business Development for Demand Results, a boutique internet marketing agency that specializes in working with residential treatment centers.
Recruited in 2010 by Elements Behavioral Health, she served as Vice President of Access Systems, where she centralized the admission functions across 15 residential facilities, was member of the branding committee for De Novo projects and was an active member of the due diligence teams for acquisitions.
In 2016 Judy rounded out her executive leadership experience by accepting a position as Chief Growth Officer for Evolve Treatment Centers, specializing in adolescent mental health. Judy was accountable for all aspects of brand awareness, reputation management, business development partnerships, admissions, community outreach, digital marketing, and managed care contracting. The successful execution of her patient acquisition strategy resulted in the rapid expansion of Evolve Treatment Centers, which was sold to Galen Partners in 2019, when Judy transitioned to a board-facing member of the executive leadership team with P&L responsibility.

Regardless of diagnosis, level of care needs or ability to pay – she believes that every caller should benefit from having reached out for help and sets high standards when it comes to the call triage process. She has developed and adheres to a strict quality assurance model that has served hundreds of thousands of callers and resulted in admissions to private healthcare facilities across the country.
