Judy brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral health executive leadership, operations, sales and marketing, program development, and organizational growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Bay Area Clinical Associates (BACA), where she led a multi-site behavioral health organization providing comprehensive mental health services.
With a proven record of guiding providers from startup to large-scale behavioral health platforms, Judy offers the insight and operational discipline to advise organizations at any stage of growth.
Notable Achievements
Judy began her behavioral health career as an Admissions Director and quickly advanced to leadership roles overseeing centralized admissions operations, Salesforce deployment, and digital marketing for 180 treatment centers owned and operated by CRC Health Group.
After six years of developing her sales, marketing, and KPI reporting skills, she transitioned to Vice President of Business Development for Demand Results, a boutique internet marketing agency specializing in residential treatment centers.
In 2010, she joined Elements Behavioral Health as Vice President of Access Systems, where she centralized admissions functions across 15 residential facilities, supported De Novo branding projects, and contributed to acquisition due diligence teams.
In 2016, Judy expanded her leadership scope as Chief Growth Officer for Evolve Treatment Centers, specializing in adolescent mental health. She led initiatives in brand awareness, business development, admissions, outreach, digital marketing, and managed care contracting. Her patient acquisition and growth strategies fueled Evolve’s rapid expansion, culminating in its sale to Galen Partners in 2019. Judy remained on as a board-facing executive team member.
Building upon this success, Judy served as CEO of Bay Area Clinical Associates, where she led clinical, operational, and financial strategy for a physician-led behavioral health company. Her leadership focused on expanding access to care, strengthening clinical programs, and building the scalable infrastructure necessary for long-term sustainability.
